February Julep Maven Box

Hey guys,

Today I have my February Julep box to show you. Initially when this month's window popped up I had intended to skip this months box well somehow that turned into me taking the box AND adding three add-ons. Let me tell you I'm sure happy I did, this month's box was CHOCK full of freebies.

Along with my 6 polishes I ordered I got 2 surprise polishes (one not pictured since I had it already), the special Valentines day polish, and 5 extra bottles of the Valentines day polish to give to friends.

Julep - Bernadette - February Birthstone

Hey guys,

So I am just having one of those days where I swear I just can't handle being an adult today. I'm so glad the day is over and tomorrow I can start fresh. 

Until then, tonight I have the Julep February Alternate birthstone to show you guys. Who knew that Onyx was the alternate birthstone for February? I love this, it's a shimmery black polish with silver microshimmer.

Lacquer Lust - Amethyst - February Birthstone

Hey guys,

So I'm back!!!
My trip was amazing and I'm semi bummed to be back but my legs and feet are grateful for the rest because holy crap, I must be getting old because I was sore the WHOLE TIME.

Today I have Lacquer Lust's February birthstone holo to show you guys. February is really special to me personally since my Dad's birthday was in February so growing up it was one of the Birthstones I had memorized. This is gorgeous.

So today my mom surprised me by taking me and buying me a Pandora bracelet with a few charms, and some special Disney ones I am such a lucky girl!

Ciate - Sugar Plum

Hey guys,

So I'm sure I've mentioned it but next week I'm heading to Disney World! In one of the most anticipated vacations I've ever had. Waiting over a year for a trip is insanely hard. Anyways there may or there may not be an interruption in blog posts while I'm gone. I have nothing planned as of yet so I guess if there are posts that's just a bonus.

Today I have a polish from Ciate to show you. At christmas Nicole got a Ciate set from her brother, and since she only wears polish on her toes she gave me a couple shades she wasn't feeling. This is a super pretty lilac purple creme. Fairly nice application. This was three coats.

Hey guys,

So today I tried to teach my mother how to make an arm knitted infinity scarf. And failed miserably maybe I am just an awful teacher but holy toledo, I didn't think it was quite as complicated as she seemed to think it was oh well we'll revisit the topic in a couple days.

Today I have a polish from a brand I've never heard of before, this was another polish I got from Nicole. Doing a bit of research online I found their website and they actually have quite a wide line of polishes. I haven't really been able to find a place to buy them though other than Amazon which won't ship polish to Canada. I quite liked this. This was three coats.

Face - Periwinkle Cream

Hey guys,

Sorry this is a couple days late, time got away from me on Wednesday and I had meant to post on Thursday but I was just having one of those ridiculous emotional days where the silliest things just make you cry. Please tell me I'm not alone in having days like that. They are the worst not to mention they just completely baffle men. Yesterday the BF and I had a conversation like this:
Him: What happened?
Me (crying): Nothing.
Him: You can tell me,
Me: Nothing!
Him: Just tell me.
Me (crying harder): NOTHING IS WRONG! I JUST HAVE A LOT OF EMOTIONS ESCAPING OUT OF MY FACE!

I think he sort of got the hint at that point that he was just supposed to shut up and give me food.
Men, they just don't get it sometimes.

Anyways moving on, today I have a pretty blue creme to show you. This was a present from Nicole, and I would imagine it may have came in a beauty box, but I didn't ask. I've never heard of this brand before but I know it is different than "Face It" a bit of googling revealed this colour as Periwinkle Cream. This was three coats as it went on a bit sheer.

Hey guys,

Okay so I know I had initially said NO MORE BUTTER LONDON POLISHES!
Alright so maybe not just quite like that but after my relative success with Chancer when I saw that NPC had them on sale for account holders I figured why not. They're not a polish I'll pay $18 for but $12 it's a stretch but sure. Plus this one was so sparkly how could I resist.
This is a hodge podge of bright glitters mostly blue & pink.
