Crazy Polish Lady - Cinderella Shoe

Hey guys,

We have our last CPL indie today. Tell me what do you guys think? Sophie just released her summer collection and there are some really nice ones check them out on Facebook.

Today's polish is Cinderella inspired, for some reason Cinderella was never my favourite princess. I like the movie enough and lets face it Lady Tremaine is TERRIFYING, but something about Cinderella in her blue dress and her up-do just never worked for me that much. Anyways when I initially saw swatches of this it reminded me of my own Hoof Polish Just One More Time, then I actually went and looked at my swatches and realized I'm just an idiot. Totally different.

Cinderella Shoe is the only glitter topper of the bunch and it's perfect, one of those toppers that will work with ANY colour. This is one coat.

Crazy Polish Lady - Under The Sea

Hey guys,

Okay we have our second last CPL indie for you today. Now any girl born in the late 80's or the early 90's knows that The Little Mermaid rocks! And seriously Eric may be one of the dreamiest heros in the bunch. No seriously I saw him at Disney World and he's totally a beefcake.

This polish was a bit different from any of the others in the set, this one had square glitters in there as well as hex. I think this one was really cool. This one was 3 coats.

Crazy Polish Lady - Hakuna Matata

Hey guys,
Alright, so who doesn't love The Lion King?? If you don't you can just leave right now, seriously.

Today's polish was the first 2 coater out of this group so far! And while my camera hates it (I'm seriously considering getting with it and getting a light box) I really liked it. Glitter wise this one was similar in pay-off to Reflection. I had no problems with formula. There's slight shrinkage due to my old bottle of SV and the fact that I painted my nails, went and rode my horse, and THEN took pics once I got home. It's not the polish's fault.

Crazy Polish Lady - Colors Of The Wind

Hey guys,

So today's CPL polish is brought to you by Pocahontas. To me Pocahontas is one of those Disney movies that sometimes slips through the cracks, then when you finally get around to watching it again you wonder why it took you 10 years. Meeko & Flit are two of the best companion animals Disney ever created.

Like the previous two Colors of the Wind is a crelly based glitter polish. Also like the other two this was 3 coats. Again I will say that you could do one coat over a base colour. This may have been my favourite of the group.

Crazy Polish Lady - Reflection

Hey guys,

Well today I have another fun Disney themed indie from Crazy Polish Lady, sometimes I feel like a crazy polish lady, alright. Sometimes? always. Today's polish was inspired by Mulan, I flippin love Mulan, I can still remember the first time I saw it in theatres. I remember being so mad because my Dad was late getting back from golfing and couldn't wind up coming. Yup first world problems of a 9 year old haha.

Anyways I digress, compared to yesterday's polish this one was quite jam packed full of smaller glitter. The base on this was crelly-ish. This was 3 coats, but you could do 1 if you used a base purple. I found this one easier to work with due to the smaller glitter and higher glitter pay-off.

Crazy Polish Lady - A Whole New World

Hey guys,

Welcome to Crazy Polish Lady week!
So this is a polish I found on Instagram and when I saw a whole polish collection based on Disney that was actually really great (lets face it some indie collections are a bit haphazard) The polishes all seemed to fit together and looked like they belong to the same collection, along with fitting the theme quite well also.
These polishes come all the way from Portugal you can find more information about ordering on their Facebook Page

First up is the polish based on Aladdin, the base is a bit on the sheer side but the large and smaller matte glitters in it are fantastic, this was 3 coats or you could always use a blue underneath. I had no problems with application, the bigger glitter wants to pull a bit but that wasn't hard to work around.
