Today I just have some random swatches for you, these four polishes were all presents from Chelsea. I actually swatched one of them while I was dogsitting for her then she wound up giving it to me.

Zoya Random Swatch Spam

Hey guys

So this is a Zoya spam post that has been accumulating since Christmas when I was house sitting for Chelsea & Nicole and playing around in Chelsea's polish stash. Then we had the hunt for the perfect light blue creme, add in some randoms and POOF here we are. Anyways it's Friday and the perfect day for just random pretty pictures.

New Years Eve 2012 Manicure

Hey guys,

I hope everyone has exciting plans for New Years (and if you don't no worries, you'll receive no judgement from me) I have to go pick up my bestie and her boyfriend from the airport then I'm on to cuddle my friend's brand new Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, (and her full grown Bernese as well)

This is my manicure for the day though. Please forgive the lack of clean up and my insane cuticles. I've been house/dog sitting for the past several days and have been away from all my tools. Both these polishes are from Chelsea's collection.

So today is Day 1 of the horse show but I don't ride until tomorrow so there is a good chance there may not be a post until Sunday night or Monday. Just a heads up

This is another polish from Chelsea's collection. I was in the mood for some Zoya so I picked this one out.

I don't know exactly what it was but I really didn't like this polish, whether it's my skintone or maybe it needs to go over a layer of white. This really wasn't my cup of tea. Or maybe it's because it reminds me of Mischa Barton whom I cannot stand. We'll never quite know for sure.

Hey guys,

So I'm about ready to just pass out, today was the Beer draw at work and things were just nuts. Then bootcamp, then I gardened a bit and THEN walked the dog.

Poor Briar, today was vet day. Apparently she's 15 lbs overweight... which for normal Akitas 110 lbs is totally standard, but for an Akita with messed up legs 15lbs overweight is a bit much. So no more treats from Grandma haha so diet starts NOW.

Hey guys
So I have like zero time to write this right now BUT I'm gonna do it anyways!
Hopefully tomorrow I can sit down and write a half decent post and fill you in on some rather exciting things.

Anyways so while I was housesitting for My little Birdie, Chelsea a couple weeks ago I found this beauty in her stash this little guy is a present from one of her best friends Nicole (not to be confused with MY best friend Nicole) when she went to hawaii after Chelsea had seen the polishes Jill had brought back for me.

yeah they're super creative with the names but HOLY BANANA CRACKERS!!! I Looooooooved this colour. I pretty much stared at my nails all day even though shortly after these pictures were taken I had to fish a sock out of Crosby's mouth soooo they weren't this perfect for too long.

Anyways Nicole you get 2 polished thumbs up for bringing this beauty back to Canada!!!

The Best of Chelsea's Collection

Finally the post (some of) you have been waiting for.

This past weekend I had the delightful pleasure of house sitting for my trusty sidekick Chelsea.

Along with the house came 2 of my new favourite men:

Mr. Sidney Bing Crosby.

... just Crosby to everyone.

The 10ish week old Golden Retriever.

And Buddy!

The 11ish year old Border Collie (who isn't a fan of pictures so I had to be sneaky)

Before housesitting Chelsea was like you can go through my polish and pick your favourites and blog about them.

So thats what I'm doing.

So Chelsea has her polish sorted by colour (some of the colour categories seem a bit sketchy to me but it's not my system so who am I to judge)

I had intended to only pick one colour but about 20 minutes after finishing my nails I had to fish a clump of dirt out of Crosby's mouth and there went my manicure... it wasn't very good to begin with, i didn't have any of my clean up tools so I just tried to do my best.

my first choice and favourite was

Essie-Size Matters.

very pretty, it went on a little thick but I'm still a fan.

This is 2 coats.

My second choice was

Zoya - Quinn.

It was actually very close in colour to Size Matters... but more pinkish.

The pictures aren't very good.

This is 2 coats again.

There you go, it only took about a week!!
