So today I have the nothing really exciting to say (probably cause I'm bummed about the long weekend coming to an end and the prospect of having to get up at 5:45 tomorrow morning makes me want to cry)

I also saw This Means War today, the new Reese Witherspoon movie, LOVED it but seriously throw a couple of sexy rugged guys into a rom com and I'm sold.

For Karen I used OPI I Brake for Manicures

which is a dark eggplant/grey colour.

Then a diagonal stripe of Essie Matte About You.

I was having some major issues with the tape pulling up the basecoat so it's not my best but all in all not my worst either.

So I totally flaked yesterday on posting. However I had a super productive day, I finished a few books, finished season six of Friends, plus had a good movie night with Jill (Iron Man 2 & Thor... yes I'm prepping her for the Avengers)

And although I didn't post I did water marble my nails (more on that later)

Today though I have some free hand cloud nails

For this I used OPI Fly as a base then

NYX Dancing Queen and Orly Lucky Duck as the accent colours

Hey guys,

Okay so first off I'm going to share my latest reality TV obsession - Ink Masters.

Now while I love watching this show I would just like to say that I think getting tattooed on this show would be the scariest thing ever, I don't want my tattoo artist under that kind of pressure when they're putting anything permanent on my body. Also I don't think I'd be okay with thinking my tattoo was badass until a bunch of judges rip it apart on TV haha that would be the worst.

Chelsea is getting her first tattoo right away here and I'm super stoked for her. Nicole is also getting another tattoo right away and basically I'm going nuts because I can't wait to get more ink.

Seriously, but some GOOD news is that thanks to Chelsea I don't have to wait until mid march to get some new polishes! She is pre-buying my doggy-care services. I'm not sure if she's going to hold my polishes she picked out from my NPC wishlist hostage or what but we'll see.

She said she likes that she can pay me in polish. I like that she can pay me in polish too.

it's pretty close to OPI Yodel Me On My Cell except Trophy Wife is more green where YMOMC has a blue base.

OPI Wocka Wocka!

Hey Lovelies,

So I finally feel like I've been able to sit down and get a bunch of stuff done, update my ipod, watermark a bunch of pics, and even unload my PVR.

So yesterday I decided I needed to find the nail polish equivalent to the colour of my SUV.

So without going to look I decided upon OPI Wocka Wocka! from the Muppets collection

I loved this colour as soon as it was on, certain it was close if not identical to Harrison's paint job.

Then today at work I was completely stumped because my polish seemed like 3 whole shades darker. It must be the lights by my desk (or lack of lights seeing as one is burnt out, but we managed to strike a deal with the maintenance guy and get him to leave it out because lets face it fluorescent lights SUCK)

This is 2 coats of Wocka Wocka!

...it must have been the lights because it's an exact match.

ITSP on the rest with STTBOM<3 on the thumb.

ITSP is super sheer so it took about a million coats... or something close to 5

The heart glitter was a bit hard to work with as it kept sliding off the brush, I have no doubt once the polish thickens up a bit it'll work a bit better.
