Hey guys,
Okay so this manicure falls into a bit of a grey area since after Jean Gray goes all Phoenix she's more of a higher being than actual hero. Then there's the whole Dark Phoenix thing. Anyways if you follow X-men you know what I'm talking about. I think growing up the one X-men video tape we had was the episode where Jean turns into Phoenix, totally crazy. I dunno I always felt that Cyclops just got the raw end of the deal with the whole Jean thing.
For this I tried a dry brush technique for the fire. I should have used red & orange instead of two oranges it may have turned out a bit more dynamic.
