I love polishes named after songs, it would make me happier if this wasn't named after the clean version of the song but I can see where that would be unfeasible.
Initially this mish mash of random glitter didn't really do anything for me but the more I looked at it the more I decided I liked it. Your best bet is to layer it over a base of black. Did I do that? Of COURSE not, I decided I needed to do this the hard way, The black base is a bit sheer but with the abundance of glitter this builds up quickly. This was three coats but if you apply it a bit thicker you could probably get away with two.

... I totally sang the song. I am a little over rainbow glitters by now but I still like this one - maybe it's the whole DL > * mentality I seem to have stuck in my head though.
