So I have to make this quick since I have to run and go meet Jill cause we're going to the Harry Potter Exhibit tonight! Whoop! Super excited. I'll let you guys know how it goes.
Okay so this is in the similar vein of Last Friday Night it's a opalescent blue glitter topper in a light blue base. It's pretty sheer, but I loved how pretty this was. This was one coat over Orly Frisky.
